We've been hooked to this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! as we watch our favourite stars take on Bushtucker trails and adjust to life down under.

But before they head into the jungle, the celebs are given a strict packing list as they're only allowed to take in three pairs of pants!

We've already learnt a lot about the celebs including Josie Gibson's botched tattoo, but we've also been given an insight into the show's rules and guidelines.

Just last week campmates were told off after Fred Sirieix resourcefully used leftovers from their luxurious brunch to spice up their usually bland rice and beans.
