The musician who admitted he was "anxious" about opening told his McBusted bandmate: "I’ve done it twice for two separate addictions.

Both times I felt like they were huge life-changing things, they were like the worst times in my life and the best, for some reason. "I still reference my last stint in rehab now whenever I’m like not feeling quite right or something." The McFly star spoke about his time in rehab where he would attend meetings, meditate and read the works of Marcus Aurelias.

Detailing his experiences about both periods of treatment he revealed how his time in rehab for his Valium addiction in 2018 was 'harder' than when he was in rehab for alcohol and coke addiction.
