Hosted by the hilarious Lee Mack, the quiz challenges contestants with questions on reasoning, logic, and maths. It was actually Daniel's mum who signed him up for the show as his folks are huge fans.
When he headed to Manchester for filming in July 2022, bagging the top prize was the furthest thing from his mind. Starting with a hundred hopefuls, The 1% Club pits them against each other to reach the final round where they must answer a question only 1% of Brits can solve, all for a chance at the £100,000 jackpot.
Daniel shared: "I was quite confident in getting to the latter stages of the show, but I never in my wildest dreams imagined taking home that much money.
