thesun.co.ukA PROPERTY expert has been left horrified by a Grand Designs' seafront home. The property, called 'The Clifftop House' was built on the edge of a crumbling cliff right beside the ocean.
The cliff the house sits on his constantly being battered by strong waves. One TikTok user, named 'Architect Sam' has issued a strong warning to the home owner.
While the property is protected by a stone wall, he said it "might stop half a wave" when it comes to facing up to nature. "It's a very nice wall with an amazing view and I'd love to rent that property but I would not want to invest my own money," he said.
