If you start your slide and you're not stretchy enough to touch the floor with your hands when you're in position, you'll never get there by just continuing to put pressure on your body. “First, you have to get into the muscles around your hips and target them separately—gentle stretching of your inner and outer thighs, hip flexors, and hamstrings will do," Flagg tells Glamour.
