Blue Triangle, the social care organisation which works across nine local authorities empowers people to thrive. The teams work with people who find themselves homeless, and offers supportive services.The team appreciate each individuals own circumstances, their journey and the future they want to make for themselves.Julie Stebbings joined Blue Triangle in 2015 as a relief worker in Blue Triangle’s Kilmarnock Service.

She said: “What attracted me to the role was actually some young people in my previous job. I worked as a life skills/employability tutor.

The young people were around 16 to 25 – the same age I currently work with."Some of them resided in Blue Triangle at the time and they were always giving positive feedback about the staff and the support they received.

I would often liaise with Blue Triangle staff on the phone and thought at the time that it seemed like a great organisation who offered lots of support.
