Helen Skelton supported by fans as she says 'how times change'

In My Stride promises to take in the most outrageous and courageous activities of the presenter, stunts which have included her attempt at the Namibian ultramarathon, Battersea Power Station tightrope walk for Children in Need and celebrity boxing match with Love Island's Camilla Thurlow.
But despite all that she has achieved, she was in a reflective mood on Wednesday (October 11) as she shared a picture taken in a TV dressing room.
She told her fans on Instagram that she was having a "flashback" to eight years ago, when she was taking a break from a sports presenting gig and breastfeeding her son in the same spot as she had taken a snap.
