Health walks across Lanarkshire are resuming for 2023 with new participants invited to join to enjoy some gentle outdoor exercise, meet new people and help fend off the winter blues.The free Get Walking Lanarkshire sessions take place at 30 different venues and times across the county, each lasting no more than an hour and which are open to people of all levels of ability.A “big wee winter stroll” is also taking place at Strathclyde Park later this month, allowing participants to enjoy a gentle stroll followed by hot drinks and information stalls.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
