Gran Turismo: Based on a True Story $24.99 Buy Now On Amazon Directed by Neill Blomkamp, the film follows Jann Mardenborough (Archie Madekwe), a British teenage gamer who dreams of being a Formula One racer — despite his father’s (Djimon Hounsou) disapproval.

Meanwhile, when marketing executive Danny Moore (Orlando Bloom) pitches Nissan on the idea that the car company’s next professional driver should be one of the best “Gran Turismo” video game players in the world, Jann’s dreams may come true when he’s paired with Jack Salter (David Harbour), a former pro and turned mechanic, to help him win the big race — the 24 Hours of Le Mans, an all-day endurance race, in France.

The cast also includes Darren Barnet, Geri Halliwell Horner, Takehiro Hira, Daniel Puig, Josha Stradowski, Maeve Courtier-Lilley, Sang Heon Lee, Emelia Hartford and others.
