Good Morning Britain's Trisha Goddard had to say sorry on air after she was spotted looking less than enthused about a Love Island segment.
The 66 year old presenter, alongside co-host Richard Madeley, 68, was tackling a variety of hot topics when the conversation turned to Molly-Mae Hague and Tommy Fury's recent split.The Love Island couple, who had been together for five years, made headlines with their breakup.
Caught off-guard by the camera, Trisha was seen "poking my eyes out" in disinterest and quickly apologised, saying: "I'm sorry.
Sorry, you caught me! Poking my eyes out!" She didn't stop there, though.Trisha openly questioned the necessity of such intense scrutiny into someone's personal life, asking: "But do you need 6 stories one after the other about someone's private life?" Entertainment correspondent Richard Arnold, gearing up to delve deeper into the story, playfully suggested he might walk off the set after Trisha's frank comments, hinting at a desire for an exit later in the show, reports the Mirror.
