As Gogglebox made its triumphant return to our screens with its 22nd series on Friday (8 June), Ellie Warner was given an unexpected surprise when her young son Ezra decided to greet her with a poo.
The unexpected gift from baby Ezra, came as Ellie and her sister were sat on the couch at the very beginning of the episode which would kick start the new series of the Channel 4 show.
With Ezra resting on her knee, things initially appeared to be fine, until the duo realised something was amiss based on the little one’s expression.
It was then that the duo realised that nature was calling, during their sweet bonding moment together. “I heard it gurgle up,” commented Izzi, prompting a horrified Ellie to admit: “Yeah, he’s definitely pooing.” Then, as the little one could heard audibly farting, his amused mum and auntie couldn’t help but ask “Is that funny?” Before asking “Does that feel nice?” Then with a grimacing smile, Ellie soon added: “Shall we go and give you back to daddy now?” With the unfortunate, but adorable exchange kick starting the show, viewers at home could hardly hide their joy at the return of the nation’s favourite armchair critics after a Summer long string of re-runs. “At last a bit of good telly x fastest hour of the week,” exclaimed one delighted fan.
