Harvey Weinstein

Harvey Weinstein CBE (born March 19, 1952) is an American former film producer. He and his brother Bob Weinstein co-founded the entertainment company Miramax, which produced several successful independent films, including Sex, Lies, and Videotape (1989), The Crying Game (1992), Pulp Fiction (1994), Heavenly Creatures (1994), Flirting with Disaster (1996), and Shakespeare in Love (1998).

Weinstein won an Academy Award for producing Shakespeare in Love, and garnered seven Tony Awards for a variety of plays and musicals, including The Producers, Billy Elliot the Musical, and August: Osage County. After leaving Miramax, Weinstein and his brother Bob founded The Weinstein Company, a mini-major film studio. He was co-chairman, alongside Bob, from 2005 to 2017.

Good Morning Britain viewers were left cringing today after Sharon Stone shut down an awkward question from host Ed Balls.The A-lister appeared on the ITV show to be interviewed by the former MP and his co-host Kate Garraway.

Sharon, 66, spoke live from her home in Los Angeles and discussed swapping Hollywood roles for painting. Later in the chat, Ed, 57, asked the actress about Hollywood's Me Too movement and the claims she made about film producer Robert Evans.

Sharon previously alleged that Robert, who died in 2019, told her that if she was to sleep with Billy Baldwin while they worked on the 1993 film Silver, the pair's on-screen chemistry would be better.

After she spoke out, Billy slammed Sharon on Twitter. He wrote on X at the time: "Not sure why Sharon Stone keep talking about me all these years later?
