In the caption, he raved about his progress, writing: "Swipe to see me in september last year... Also can't promise you will ever see me do this pose again @ryanwaughphysiques your fault!!!!

His post came after his ex-wife, Emma McVey, shared her joy with her new boyfriend on Instagram, following her split with Gaz last year.The 31 year old TOWIE alum and influencer couldn't hide her joy as she shared snaps with her mystery man, captioning them with a simple: "May happiness." Emma is seen in a series of snaps, cuddling her new beau as he lifts her off the ground.
