Gabby Logan calls for an end to 'shame' and stigma of over divorce

Gabby Logan has called for stigma to be taken out of divorce, saying it is wrong for people to feel like failures. The TV presenter, who has been with her husband Kenny for 23 years, believes men and women should stop feeling "shame" when a marriage ends.

Gabby turned 50 on Monday and says the landmark birthday has encouraged her to reassess her life and take a midlife "gap year".

She said: "I was talking to someone about divorce the other day. It was a woman who said, 'Oh, it's a shame'. "I said, 'If you've been married 25 years, you've given it a good go'.
