First picture of 'loving husband' killed in horror Scots motorbike crash

Tributes have been paid to a "treasured" dad who was killed in a motorbike crash near Berwick earlier this month. Motorcylist Philip Dalgliesh's family said he was "taken far too soon" following a single vehicle collision on the A6105, Duns Road, around 10.20am on Saturday, May 4.

The 59-year-old, from Kelso, was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh where he died on Friday, May 10. The passenger, an 18-year-old woman, was taken to the same hospital and released following treatment.Philip’s family said in a statement: “We are devastated by the loss of a loving husband to the late Ann, treasured dad, brother and uncle to the family.
