For popular street food chain Hop, three is the magic number when it comes to their 'joyful' Vietnamese dining experience. Founded in 2015 by Paul Hopper, the brand which boasts several London outlets, prides itself on being able to serve up everything from Banh Mi and aromatic broths, to shredded salads and spring rolls, in just three minutes.

And as it launches its flagship site here in Manchester City Centre this week, that's still very much at the forefront, but its second Manchester site, following last year's opening at the Trafford Centre, is also about putting its stamp on the city and showing more of its fun side. "The food here is super quick and can be totally customised, but the décor in the restaurants is meant to mimic what it's like in a busy and bustling hawker market, so super bold, lots of colour, touches of neon, lanterns and then epic soundtracks full of one-hit-wonders and cheesey pop. "So we spend a lot of time creating these restaurants that bring those moments of joy to our diners.
