The three friends found their passion renewed by throwing out the rules and following their gut – an ethos that ties into the band name, too. “We said ‘It’s for us’,” Jackson Walker Lewis tells NME, “Who cares about commercial viability?”Since then, the group have become a word-of-mouth sensation whose first ten live shows took them across four continents, from Brooklyn rite-of-passage hotspot Baby’s All Right to a personal invite from Hedi Slimane to perform at Celine’s Paris Fashion Week party.
