A father and son suffered serious facial injuries after they confronted a group of youths in a Hamilton street.The dad, then aged 40, was punched, kicked and stamped on and struck with a metal pole while his son ,19, was also punched and kicked.Gary Allan, 18, of Whistleberry Crescent, and a 17-year-old male - who is too young to be named - appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court this week.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
