Family of gran killed in crash after hen do say young driver "not a bad person"

The family of a pensioner killed in a horror car crash have pleaded for mercy for the young driver who caused her death- saying she is 'not a bad person' Agnes 'Jo' Clark, 71, died in the tragic smash while on her the way home from a hen party after teenage driver Bethany Fraser failed to give way at a rural junction.

Student Fraser, who had only passed her test nine months before, crossed the junction at Baldoukie Motors near Tannadice at around 40mph, resulting in her Vauxhall Corsa smashing into an oncoming Land Rover.Four passengers, including her former partner’s grandmother Jo, were hurt, along with three people in the Land Rover – a couple and their daughter.Jo was in the back seat of Fraser's car, sustaining injuries which led to her subsequent death five days later, on August 25, 2023 at Ninewells Hospital.
