Ashley Park is speaking out on the “stressful” experience of filming topless scenes for “Emily in Paris.”The 33-year-old’s character, Mindy Chen, is an aspiring singer who embarks on a mission to raise money for her band to compete in Eurovision in the fourth season of the wildly popular Netflix show.

In the eighth episode, she agrees to perform at Crazy Horse, a Parisian cabaret known for its nude female dancers. But Park wasn’t quick to say “oui” to what came next.

The “Only Murders in the Building” alum described performing the topless scene as “every actor’s worst nightmare.”“We have this recurrent memory of being onstage, not knowing what you’re doing, in your underwear,” Park confessed to People Tuesday. “And that is what I was living out, actually, but surrounded by the most beautiful dancers in the world around me.”The “Beef” actress even admitted that she struggled to get through the scene.“It was so stressful and so hard to do,” Park told the outlet. “If it had not been for the choreographer, Kyle Hanagami, coming in and my team around me, I don’t think I would’ve gotten through it.”However, Park told People she was “actually really proud of [the scene] now,” noting that it’s an acting experience she “will never forget doing.”Fiming of the topless scene came after Park was hospitalized back in January after contracting tonsillitis that had “spiraled into critical septic shock,” prompting some fans to fear she wouldn’t be included in the fourth season of the show.

Earlier this week, Park shared a picture of herself at the “Emily in Paris” season premiere in Rome and reflected on being able to be part of the show.
