Emergency services race to horror motorway smash near Stirling

Emergency services have raced to the scene of a crash near Stirling this evening. Cops arrived at the smash at the Bannockburn Interchange, which connects the M9 and M80, near the Stirling Services, shortly before 7pm.

A number of police officers and fire units are currently in attendance and the incident is ongoing. It's not know if anyone has been injured at this stage or how many cars were involved in the crash.Police Scotland confirmed the road was closed for a short period but has now reopened.A spokesperson said: "We were called at 6.51pm to a road traffic collision at the Bannockburn Interchange."Emergency services are currently in attendance.".
