Antonia Sullivan and Bradly Smith, from Rhondda Cynon Taf, Wales, faced a sharp rebuke from a judge after being apprehended for engaging in a sexual act aboard an easyJet flight to Bristol from Tenerife.
During the March 3 journey, Sullivan tried to conceal their actions with several coats, but passengers soon noticed "vigorous hand movements" from beneath the fabric in seats 16A and 16B, reports the Mirror.Upon arrival, police officers escorted them off the plane for questioning.
At Bristol Magistrates' Court, both pleaded guilty to outraging public decency. In court, Judge Lynn Matthews admonished: "Who do you think you are? " She continued: "You had no regard for the feelings of other passengers.
There was a child sitting behind you who was able to see what was happening."Further condemning their behaviour she questioned: "Who do you think you are and what right do you think entitled you to behave in that way in full view of people on that flight?" Reports say that Sullivan initially told cabin staff she was merely rubbing her boyfriend's leg, while a young girl behind them, accompanied by her mother, witnessed the act and said, 'I can see his bits', according to The Sun.
