Actress Natalie Cassidy lost a dramatic four stone while she promoted her popular weight-loss DVD - but she ended up regretting it in the immediate aftermath.The star, who is best known for her role as Sonia Fowler in BBC's EastEnders, has struggled with food and exercise, reports the Mirror.
