EastEnders fans 'obsessed' as Sam Mitchell makes explosive return to Walford

Sam (Kim Medcalf) made her highly anticipated return to Albert Square in surprise scenes, which saw her thrown out of the back of a van by a thug in front of brother Phil Mitchell, who just so happened to be standing outside at the moment she arrived.
Dressed in one of her signature blazers, Sam tumbled to the floor alongside her suitcase before standing up to reveal a large cut across her cheekbone, with Phil looking at her in dismay.
Clearly taken aback by his younger sister's return, Phil wasted no time in quizzing Sam about her reasons for coming back to Walford after she jetted off to Spain earlier this year to take on a new business venture at a hotel.
