Coronavirus infection rates have dropped by more than 20 per cent according to the latest week on week data, as they continue to fall across all ten boroughs of Greater Manchester.
However, hospitalisations have slightly increased as of the week ending April 3, with 801 patients admitted to Greater Manchester NHS hospitals with Covid-19.
This is an increase of 10 per cent on the week before. Trafford continues to have the highest coronavirus infection rate in Greater Manchester, with a rate of 595.6 cases per 100,000 people in the week ending April 3.
