Scotland will enjoy a much more 'normal' Christmas in 2021, according to Deputy First Minister John Swinney.Swinney says things could look a lot more like they usually do this year after a festive period unlike any other in 2020.
He told the BBC: "I think if people are careful, and as long as we continue to adhere to the baseline measures we have in place, then I think people can experience a normal Christmas. "The warning the government has had to make is that this is an unpredictable pandemic and we have to look at the sequence of events and make sure we have in place the appropriate measures to protect the public to enable life to go on as normal."
