Ten weeks after becoming a mum, Lucy Fallon has admitted to fans that she found her labour "a breeze" while detailing exactly what happened.

The former Coronation Street star, 27, welcomed her first child with her partner Ryan Ledson in late January. They have named their baby boy Sonny.

Several weeks on from Sonny's arrival, Lucy has taken to TikTok to share her birth story with fans. The actress posted two clips about her labour and in the first, she explained: "I was booked in to be induced for medical reasons on Sunday 29th February, and we got to the hospital at 9 o’clock in the morning and we had our own little room.

It was so cute. "And we were just waiting for them to come examine me and they came and, your first cervical examination… I don’t want to scare you all but, oh my god.” She was then examined around 10am and was only 1cm dilated, so medical professionals inserted a pessary [a removable device that is inserted into the vagina to provide support in the area of a prolapse] which she had in for 24 hours. “They said that the pessary usually doesn’t bring on labour and you have to have the gel. They fully expected him to be in there for days,” Lucy added, before revealing she was “in a lot of pain” but felt scared to tell doctors.
