In recent social media posts, the mum shared her pride at starting to feel herself again after being able to train and exercise following the birth of her most recent child.
Last month she opened up about the struggles of being a working parent as she admits juggling motherhood and a career is tough and spoke about the challenges of parenthood alongside a job that often takes her away from her children, eight-year-old Alfie and baby daughter Iris.
