Further protests during COP26 are ongoing in Glasgow today as activists march against climate colonialism. Joined by Nottingham East Labour MP Nadia Whittome, protestors kicked off a march on Argyle Street to campaign against transnational corporations exploiting the Global South and polluting the planet.
The protest, organised by the Global Justice Now Youth Network and the Free West Papua Campaign, started at 1.30pm.It is expected to last around two hours as activists march through the city with banners and signs.Raki Ap from the Free West Papua campaign also joined after inviting thousands to the march during his speech at Friday's rally in George Square.Speakers at the event will include Nadia Whittome MP, Harpreet Kaur Paul,
