The 80-year-old designer and the 35-year-old model were seen out and about on Sunday (July 9) in Los Angeles. Calvin and Kevin were seen starting their date at Turners Cafe in Venice, where they were seen playing a game of chess while enjoying their meal.
Later in the day, they went to the iconic Gold’s Gym and worked out using the outdoor equipment by the beach. The couple made their first public appearance together back in 2016 when they walked the red carpet together at the American Ballet Theatre’s Fall Gala.
The two of them have never publicly addressed their relationship, but there have been reports about their romance for years.
