Britain's Got Talent has returned with a brand new judge and an interesting new twist. Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon all returned to the judge's panel for this year's series of the hit ITV talent show with newcomer and former Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli joined the team. The presenter duo, Ant & Dec also returned to the show as they host the 16th series on ITV.
Other familiarities of the show returned including the famous Golden Buzzer, but viewers would have noticed something different about it this year.
We take a closer look at this year's Golden Buzzer rules and exactly what it does for the contestants. What is the Golden Buzzer?
Every contestant wants to receive the Golden Buzzer from either one of the judges or from Ant & Dec - as they each get to press it just once for their ultimate favourite act.The Golden Buzzer is typically awarded at the end of their audition but in a break of tradition, newcomer judge Bruno pressed it while a dance act was mid-performing - but it still provided the most heartwarming reactions. Those who receive the Golden Buzzer are given an automatic place in one of the live semi-finals of the show.
