EastEnders actor Ben Champniss, who plays market trader Shrimpy in the show, has shared a snap of 'Lola' as he headed to work the morning after her death aired.

On Wednesday night, Lola detreated as her friends and family came to say goodbye to the young mum who has battled with a brain tumour in recent months.

Her new husband Jay did not leave her side for long throughout the whole episode and after Lola's family and friends said goodbye he had his moment with his wife.

As he held her hand, Lola lay there asleep unable to speak Jay spoke to his wife about what they would come back as in another life.
