Amanda Holden
Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Blue Peter legend Diane Louise Jordan's sorrow as husband Giles Broadbent dies aged 51

Musician Giles Broadbent has died following a “short illness” at the age of 51, his family and music group have announced. The renowned violinist was part of the quartet Stringfever alongside his family members.

He was married to former Blue Peter star Diane Louise Jordan, 63, who he met in 2006. The couple tied the knot in 2007. His band said: “Although Giles had not been well recently, we as a family are still in shock at his passing.

The band will be taking a break whilst we make funeral arrangements.” Songs of Praise presenter Diane praised her beloved husband in an interview with The Sun last year.

She said: "We share similar values, even though we’re quite different people – I’m much more of an introvert and Giles loves the house to be busy and full of people.
