dailyrecord.co.ukBenidorm icon Sticky Vicky's cause of death has been revealed by her devastated family following the legendary performer's passing yesterday aged 80.Daughter Maria Gadea Aragues said that her mother, Victoria María Aragüés Gadea, died of heart failure in hospital at around 6am on Wednesday November 29, the Mirror reports.Maria, who lost her mother on her 42nd birthday, said "it will be a day I’ll remember for the rest of my life."Vicky was surrounded by her loved ones during her final moments at Villajoyosa Hospital where she spent the last 12 days of her life, close to the famous Costa Blanca resort where she first made her name.Maria said: “I have just come from the funeral parlour where I’ve had to identify my mum so they can proceed with the cremation which is going to happen at midday tomorrow.“My mum was in hospital for the last 12 days of her life and as a family we’ve been with her and have been able to say goodbye to her.“I was by her bedside when she died this morning.
She passed away as they were changing her morphine bottle."It’s my 42nd birthday today but it’s not going to be a day of celebration obviously.
It will be a day I’ll remember for the rest of my life."Maria broke the news of the legendary erotic performer's death on Facebook yesterday as heartbroken fans around the world paid tribute to Vicky.At the height of her fame, the entertainer performed six shows a day, six times a week at the Costa Blanca holiday resort which was nicknamed 'Little England' for the amount of British tourists who travelled thousands of miles to watch her X-rated show.
