Strictly Come Dancing professional, Giovanni Pernice, has made an exciting career announcement following his departure from the show.

The star, 33, had to step away from the competition after his dance partner, Amanda Abbington, decided to quit amid 'rumours of an alleged feud' between the pair.

Now, Gio has offered his fans a chance to meet him and learn some of his famous moves, as he announces he will be taking part in the Donaheys Dancing With The Stars weekend next year.The three day event, which takes place at Alton Towers in Staffordshire, offers fans of the show a chance to get up close and personal with Strictly stars as they are taught to dance.

It’s too early to tell if this marks a return of the pinup-girl style trend of the early 2010s but, you know, fingers crossed.Gomez posted three snapshots of herself celebrating Blanco’s achievement, complete with a picture of herself pretending to eat the book itself (unless, of course it’s really a cake). For the occasion Gomez wore a short black dress with a white polka-dot pattern, a vintage-style halter neck, and gold buttons down the front.
