BBC Strictly Come Dancing fans ask why as they spot famous face in studio audience

Tom Daley, who won a gold medal at Tokyo 2020, was one of the dozens of people to enjoy Saturday night's performances live in the BBC studio.
Tom, who was wearing a black sleeveless best, appeared on screen as he gave Annabel Croft and her dancer partner Johannes Radebe a standing ovation following their Samba to Whenever, Wherever by Shakira.
And his appearance suprised viewers at home with many asking why the diving superstar was in the audience. @stewiebirnie wrote on X, formerly Twitter: "Why is Tom Daley in the audience with a singlet on? @SG902110 added: "Why is Tom Daley in the audience" while @lovelylaurajd posted: "Awww, nice to see Tom Daley in the audience." Others also thought Tom would be a good contestant in the show with @Sportyparrot adding: "Tom Daley watching Strictly.
