The dancer appeared in the ballroom on Saturday night (December 2) alongside her celebrity dance partner Nigel Harman after they were forced to withdraw from the competition.
The news was announced just hours before the show was due to air but actor Nigel has since admitted the injury had happened the day before and he was covering his pain during an appearance on It Takes Two on the Friday (December 1) and was hoping for a health miracle.
Only four couples performed during the latest live show - which was both the quarter-finals and Musicals week - after major changes had to be made following Nigel's sudden exit after he sustained a rib injury that left him in A&E.
