manchestereveningnews.co.ukAlison Hammond has shared a smiley update as she revealed where she's heading off on holiday during her This Morning break. The presenter excitedly revealed at the end of last month that she'd be heading away during her time off hosting duties.
Initially expected to fill in for regular hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard during the summer period, Alison revealed that she too would be stepping away from the ITV daytime show for a bit of downtime.
Ahead of her last day until September, Dermot expressed his disappointment, saying: "It's quite sad that tomorrow is going to be our last show for some time," before Alison then shared her plans, saying: "I know, I know, my last day.
I'm going on holiday babs, it's time!" While Alison didn't head straight on holiday, she has now been joined by her son Aidan with the pair jetting off to Disneyland in Orlando, Florida, and confirmed her trip in an Instagram post on Wednesday (August 7).
