And as part of the process, the TV personality, 31, - who shares two children with Matt and is pregnant with their third- had Matt apologised to both of her parents.The daughter of late comedian Les Dawson, Charlotte keeps a cardboard cut-out of her dad and made Matt address his infidelities to the cut-out.
She tells OK!: "I made him go and say sorry to the life-size cardboard cut-out I keep of my dad. And he has a lot of making up to do with my mum, too.” While she initially kicked Matt - who claims he was drunk when sending sexual texts and pictures to another woman - out of their shared home, he is now back living with Charlotte and their two sons; Noah, three and Jude, one.
But there have been some changes in the house so that Charlotte can even begin to forgive him. She tells us: "Obviously he’s not going to be binge drinking any more.
