Aaron Carter's ex breaks silence as his cause of death is confirmed

Aaron, 34 who shared a child with Melanie, died in November 2022 less than one year after their son was born. Melanie said that she doesn’t ‘understand the chain of events’ that was reported after the singer’s autopsy results showed that he drowned in his bathtub after taking a concoction of drugs.
Ex-fiancée Melanie broke her silence to TMZ where she said Aaron’s autopsy results don’t “make sense”. She said: “It claims death is by drowning but also adds he was wearing a t-shirt and necklace in the bathtub which doesn't make sense, why would he be in a bathtub with clothes on?" "I am still in shock and still miss Aaron every day.
I don’t understand the chain of events and this report only has us asking more questions." The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's report was obtained by TMZ which reported that Aaron had become "incapacitated while in the bathtub due to the effects" of drugs and as a result, he slipped underneath the water and drowned.
