perezhilton.comTom Smith’s cause of death has finally been revealed. Five months after the ex and baby daddy of YouTube influencer Savannah LaBrant passed away, details have emerged regarding his exact cause of death.
The Orange County Sheriff-Coroner confirmed to People Tuesday that Tommy’s death was the result of an acute Fentanyl intoxication.
So, so sad. The fatal drug is notorious for claiming the lives of many others before him.
