Dog owners have been issued a warning as cold temperatures start to grip the country. A veterinary nurse has given her top advice for making sure your pooch is safe this winter, according to Birmingham Live.
It's not just warm, summary conditions owners need to be careful of, with big freezes bringing their own set of challenges. However, it is important to give your beloved pup some form of exercise even if it's not appropriate to venture outdoors.
Emma Purnell, a veterinary nurse at Nutravet, says if you are taking your pup outside, there are a few things to be aware of.
