UEFA has moved to deny reports coming out of Spain claiming that the football authority has been working on plans to introduce a three-division Super League.

Manchester City and United were two of the founding members following a previous announcement to launch a European Super League by several heavyweight clubs from across the continent back in April 2021.

Premier League rivals Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and Tottenham Hotspur, Spanish teams Atletico Madrid, Barcelona, and Real Madrid, as well as the Italian teams AC Milan, Inter Milan, and Juventus were also involved in the proposed move.
