Train passenger in Airdrie punched and kicked on the head by brute out on licence

A passenger was beaten up moments after he stepped off a train in Airdrie.Will Eser, who was out of jail on licence, floored the man with a punch then kicked him on the head while he was lying helpless on the ground.Eser, 21, admitted assault to severe injury and permanent disfigurement when he appeared from custody at Airdrie Sheriff Court.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.

The wound will leave a scar.CCTV images were distributed to various police stations and Eser was arrested at his home in Bathgate on January 9.Sher
