ok.co.ukThis Morning presenter Josie Gibson has shared a health update with her fans after a medical issue she suffers from saw her end up in hospital.The 39-year-old has been dealing with bouts of tonsillitis whenever she is "run down," with the star ending up needing medical attention after her stint on I'm a Celebrity.
But now the star has revealed she's taken matters into her own hands after undergoing a procedure to avoid needing surgery.The ITV star told her 729,000 followers: "Every time I get run down, I end up with tonsillitis.
I ended up in hospital in December, and over the years, my right tonsil has been getting bigger... well no more my friends...
bye-bye tonsil." Josie shared that she's visited the Health Hub medical practice in Herne Hill to have a non-surgical procedure to try and prevent her from getting repeatedly sick.
