thesun.co.ukTHIS Morning fans were left in hysterics and praising "good sport" Josie Gibson for attempting a Pilates session in a tight fit leather skirt.
Josie, 37, and co-host Dermot O'Leary, 49, were fronting a segment on the exercise method being the "hottest" trend for 2023.
They enlisted the help of Pilates instructor Bryony Deery - who wore a white crop top and leggings - yet as the hosts were half way through presenting This Morning, they didn't have time to change.
This meant Josie, who looked stylish in a leather midi skirt, had to contend not only with the tight fabric but also a slit up the front of the garment as she attempted planks, table tops and knee hovers.
