A mum has revealed how she can earn more than £1,000 in just one day – and she says anyone can do it. Helen Pritchard has made big bucks since signing her home up with an agency that organises locations for film crews, high-end photoshoots and even ceremonies.

After speaking to an actor friend, the 44-year-old discovered she could hire her stunning period property out through Lifestyle Locations, so far being booked for a documentary filmmaking and gothic wedding. The brooding Victorian villa, which has a colourful and varied past, is located in Grappenhall, a suburb of Warrington. The seven-bedroom property is known locally as Balmoral House and was constructed in 1886.

It was once a maternity hospital and a hotel before becoming a family home. As well as being rich in history, the house holds a special place in Helen's heart as her dad, Sam Leach, was born on the site when it was a hospital in 1949.
