The popular family-run bakery and deli in Greater Manchester opening a new pizzeria
manchestereveningnews.co.ukA popular family-run bakery and deli in Salford has announced it is set to open a new pizzeria later this month aiming to ‘redefine’ Manchester’s pizza scene.
Conni's Focacceria, located within the Spectrum Building on Blackfriars Road, has become renowned for its authentic Neapolitan Focaccia breads, fresh cheeses, sweet cannoli and broad-ranging Italian deli goods, from brands including Yoga and Mulino Bianco, since opening in September 2022.
Run by brothers Francesco and Lieno, Conni's will now launch a new pizzeria just yards away from its original venue - with a menu teasing the ‘world’s spiciest pizza’ to budget-friendly crowd pleasers, like Margherita and Pepperoni pizzas. Alongside pizza, the new restaurant aims to be popular with wine enthusiasts by boasting a wide range of Italian wines that aim to complement each of its dishes.
