In a season where more unwanted records have tumbled for Manchester United, they are nearing an unwanted half-century. United have recorded 46 cases of injury or illness that have caused a player to miss a match this season.

Casemiro and Victor Lindelof's withdrawals against Fulham were enforced and manager Erik ten Hag will confirm if they are available for the FA Cup tie at Nottingham Forest later today.

The injuries range in severity, from Kobbie Mainoo's four-month absence with an ankle problem to Tom Heaton's current absence which has not even been confirmed by Ten Hag.

Academy goalkeeper Dermot Mee has been involved in the pre-match warm-ups for the past few weeks in the absence of Heaton, who is out of contract in June.
