He reportedly told Houston police she wasn’t suicidal or a drug user to his knowledge. And she wouldn’t use drugs recreationally as she was heartbreakingly nine weeks pregnant at the time.
According to ABC 13, the 38-year-old claimed he attempted to administer CPR but that his wife was unresponsive. Christa was rushed to a local hospital, but it was too late.
She was ultimately declared dead. But when the routine medical examination started, red flags immediately began to present themselves.
